Progressive offers a Satisfaction Guarantee on most of our items. If you are not fully satisfied, product can be returned back to us for repair or replacement only. Please feel free to contact our Consumer Relations Department at: 1-800-426-7101 for details.
*Please note, if you wish to return the item for a refund, then the item MUST be returned back to the retailer where the product was purchased. Progressive cannot issue any cash refunds.
